White Sage Ranch and Farm is a superior-quality agricultural facility located on 460,000 acres of private and public land in west-central Utah. White Sage is comprised of three operational units:

• A cow/calf ranch that includes more than 6,000 head of cattle, including 3,200 cows.
• A custom backgrounding ranch feedlot that can accommodate 5,000 head of cattle.
• A farm that produces alfalfa, grain and corn on 6,000 acres of irrigated land.

White Sage Ranch raises an Angus-Limousine cross of beef cattle that qualify for the Better Beef Alliance because of its high grade (superior marbling) and high yield (proportion of red meat). White Sage Farm produces premium quality alfalfa, grain and corn sold to dairies throughout Utah, Arizona, California and Colorado. White Sage alfalfa helps optimize the milk production of cattle, and meets the stringent requirements of high protein, minimal fiber and moisture to achieve dairy-quality status.
