Sorenson Technology Park includes more than 350 acres of high-quality industrial pads in the flourishing northwest section of Salt Lake City, Utah at the intersection of California Avenue and Bangerter Highway. Sorenson Technology Park is home to many national manufacturing, distribution and transportation companies. Coming this year, a new Class A, cross-dock, 122,000 square-foot distribution center/warehouse facility will be available for lease.

In addition, Sorenson Technology Park will expand by 150 acres on 5600 West at 700 South (just north of the new Intermodal Center).
